Counting macros is difficult for me and I’m at a stall in weight loss and this speed keto seems like a golden ticket but I’m a bit skeptical. Any advice?

I’m interested in speed keto now that I know but my problem is I don’t eat meat. I will do sausages or cold cuts every now and then. It’s been a struggle for me.

@fullback81523 so some days you eat more often and some days just once? Does the plan adjust to calories and macros that work individually? Or is it a standard plan for everyone?

@tryparsamide yes I worked up to that and feel pretty good with it. Sometimes I do one meal every other day too.

What @fullback81523 said. it is legit. as far as other products for sale they are optional you don’t have too. but you might find some you want to try but it’s up to you. And as an aside having products to sell is no different than say WW or Nutrisystem etc selling products. The difference is here you will get the benefit of improved health and loss weight. Interesting this year while doing taxes my medical deductions are more than 70% less than last year. due to SK which reduced and eliminated some very expensive meds.

I actually just got off the phone with them. I purchased speed keto about a year ago and downloaded all the books but I couldn’t find it in my pad so I called them an they resent everything to me within a minute of getting off the phone with them I received and email from them with the links and they did not ask me to pay for it again. Make sure you directly to their site to order
