@alcine thanks . still working on it. My only advise is stick with the plan and do the best you can. Dont beat yourself up if you mess up. Good luck!

@statesman14377 thanks. I’ve been on it three weeks. It’s a lot harder than I thought. But I’m giving it my all! Good luck to you as well!

Gallbladder removed 25 years ago. Keto since May 2018 down 135 lbs. no problems, but I have friends who swear “Ox Bial” really helps them with gall bladder issues and Keto.

It actually had a good effect on me! I used to have so many GI issues but I've really become "regular". Many of the healthy fats do not require the same bile as the unhealthy fats. I was consuming WAY more bad fats prior to starting keto anyways! So either way, this is a reduction.

I haven’t had any trouble since my gallbladder surgery. My doctor recommended keto. Surgery was 5 weeks ago.

If you have issues with digesting fat, you may want to research ox bile. I've never found it in a store, I order it online. Very inexpensive.

My daughter has no issues with the keto diet or any problems with cream and other foods on keto. This is the best way to be healthy. I have doctors who tell me to do this forever.
