The only thing you have to worry about is really greasy foods. So try to stay away from those. I have had my gallbladder out for a couple years now

Get yourself some good digestive enzymes to help with absorption. I had mine out in 2007 and only this year discovered the difference the digestive enzymes make! Less runs to the bathroom being a BIG one! Lol.

YES THIS! I have had stomach issues like gastroparesis since 2015. I had my gall bladder out in late 2015. No one told me about this. I have been on a roller coaster of pain, nausea and vomiting. Just recently I was told to supplement with ox bile and digestive enzymes. LIFE CHANGER! I use Now brand Super Enzymes on Amazon. Combines both.

Keto works without my gallbladder just fine  When recovering from surgery lay on your belly to move that gas out! Lol. Best suggestion anyone gave me.
