So many ways but the fastest and easiest, sprinkle some garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, all over, even inside skin. Bake it a 350F until golden brown on both sides. Delicious! Let me know.

I love chicken thighs. I do them simple. Lots of salt and pepper, on the stove with a little bacon fat or coconut oil (whatever fat I feel like).

I put my package in a pan, top with ranch cheese and bacon and bake. I eat by itself and kids eat over rice

Put them with skins in a pyrex. sprinkle some olive oil and salt and pepper liberally. Put in oven for 45 minutes at 350. Up to 425 for 15 minutes. Delish and crispy!

Our favorite is cover them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano, toss into the crockpot and add 1/3 c balsamic vinegar and let it slow cook. Very flavorful!

Most Italian dressing has bad ingredients which one do you use?
by (570 points)
@logan I use the wish bone. I honestly thought this was my air fryer group  my husband and kid dont eat keto with me. So get to watch in envy lol

Yeah sadly that one had bad oil and sugar in it :( a great alternative is olive oil, apple cider vinegar and Italian herbs mixed in

Thank you for the alternative, that I can do. Plus it will help my family to stay healthier too. Thank you!

Preheat your oven to 425. Heat an oven safe skillet over medium high heat. Season the chicken however you like, you can change it up depending on what you're in the mood for. (My go to is Italian Herbs) Put a little oil in the skillet. Cook the chicken, skin side down for 12 minutes. (I shimmy the skillet every so often to help keep it from sticking. ) Then put in the oven for 12 minutes. (Still skin side down) After the last 12 minutes, flip over and cook for 5 more minutes. The skin gets so crispy! It's my favorite way to cook them!

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian season. Cook in a couple tablespoons of olive oil. Remove from skillet cut cherry tomatoes in half add to skillet, add spinach, heavy whipping cream, more salt and pepper and Italian season and shredded Parmesan add chicken and let simmer. Soooo good! Sometimes I use shrimp or asparagus instead of spinach. I don’t measure anything so can’t say how much of what. Tell me if you like it. My family goes crazy with this and I have also done this with Salmon.
