1 teaspoon of concentrated liquid Stevia has the sweetening power equivalent to 1 cup of many granulated sugar. To exchange them additional liquid would need to be added to the recipe.

@urfa5 I am affraid that much granular would make the dough really dry

So what would be the conversion from liquid stevia to swerve i think this one calls for 1tsp

Exactly! You would definitely need extra moisture to absorb the granular sweetener. I think texture would be a definite concern.

So if that is correct 1 tsp of liquid stevia is equal to 1 TBSP of granular Stevia.

@bowhead liquid stevia is stronger than the regular. I would add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the regular and taste the dough and go from there.

@bowhead, I am sure that is a very good recipe. Here is the easy one I use: 1 c peanut butter 1/4 c soft butter 3/4 c Swerve confection 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Mix, make balls and press with fork. Bake 350 degree for 12 minutes on parchment paper.
