Can’t seem to get the scale to move! One month stuck in a three lb loss range? I am not new at this so far I’ve lost 10 lbs ! Suggestions please

@kenward yes there’s a few you can buy. You get the book, recipes and calendar and you can join the Facebook group for support. It really works. I contemplated for months and finally took the plunge ! The inflammation gone is astounding and the recipes are good!

Over drinking is counter product, drink when thirsty and keep electrolytes up. when you over drink you will flush those out and get keto flu.

It is not a true stall until you have went past 9 weeks of no loss of inches or weight. please see my breaking a stall live it has lots of great ways to get scale moving but at this point your body is converting over to becoming fat adapted.

If you are gaining it may be a simple macro adjustment you need also make sure you are eating strict. low carb alone wont get you there.

Too much dairy or nuts could cause a stall, or you’re probably eating maintenance calories since you’ve lost weight. Try cutting back 200-300 calories you’re eating in a day maybe?

Calories do not need to be counted, but macros must be calculated to be successful as I have added above.
