Has anyone made lasagna with frozen zucchini! The store had no fresh but I found frozen slices. Should I unthaw them first so it is not so watery? I am at a loss on how to do it. Please all help is appreciated. Thank you so much!

I would unthaw and pat dry and see how they are. you are right to think it will cause a watery lasagna.

I’d bake for about 5 min. To get moistener out

Just like with eggplant : slice them up then put some salt, let them sit and get their water out then pat dry and they’re ready to be cooked

@they7207 they were already grilled then frozen. Do I still salt after they are thawed?

Use thin sliced deli chicken. You will never know it's not a noodle.
