Ok my keto family I have 2 heads of cabbage what should I make? And I’m home on lock down for 2 weeks and losing my mind! I feel the need to cook so hit me with all your go to recipes! By the way my fridge is full you name it I probably have it! AND GO!

Frief cabbage, bacon garlic onions put whatever you like. sprinkle some seasoning like slap yo mama. So good

This is the best! Fry bacon first rinder fat, fry cabbage in fat, take out bacon, add cabbage, sprinkle the tiniest amount of sweetener you have (swerve or whatever) cook til nice and soft, and ad bacon just minute before serving. Yummmm

I make this and I throw in some red curry paste and Thai garlic chili paste. So good!

We love a deconstructed stuffed cabbage casserole. Browned ground beef sauteed with some onion and garlic. Add chopped cabbage and riced cauliflower. Combine tomato sauce, Lankanto golden, a bit of apple cider vinegar to get a sweet sour taste and add to beef mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

The unstuffed cabbage roll casserole gets my vote every time. I made it even before I adopted the keto lifestyle. Of course I use caulirice instead of rice and it takes on the wonderful flavor of the other ingredients.

Please post recipe if posting dish name ie egg roll in bowl most of those are not keto.
