I use carb manager and have been able to enter the nutrition info for recipes. Click on "food" in the menu (3 lines in upper left corner), then "foods", then select "my foods", then "custom". You can create a custom food just by giving it a name and entering the nutritional information from the recipe. Be sure to save your entry. When you're adding food in your daily log, you'll then find your recipe under "my foods". Hope this works out for you!

I add using the recipe feature for most of my cooking. Add the ingredients and how many servings and save.
