Yes. DANG bars come to mind. It's says Keto right on the front of the package. But on the back, listed as one of the ingredients, is rice flour. Also they're called DANG because they're so DANG good. WHICH THEY ARE NOT!

I saw some eating hot dogs, but it says on the package (corn syrup) are they eating because it’s minimal with only 1 gram of sugar?

Hubby tryed to be nice and brought me 2 Cookbooks . Both say KETO on them. I will be picking and choosing recipes. Some even have maple syrup and honey and even Wheat Flour in them. But he tryed.

@pelops He is trying. but it is hard on him. He loves to cook But. Deep Fryed. potatoes. Pasta. All stuff now I will not want to have. I think that is why he got the cookbooks. So I am defacing the books. Lol. I put a Star on the good recipes. And put change this to this to make it work. For him . caught him looking though it.

Yes, I don't buy premade stuff, well a few have to items. Everything else I make, freah, wild caught, clean as possible
