I know you said you are over egg and sausage but I make white cheddar sausage puffs when I need something else. You could probably leave out the sausage and pretend it’s a yummy pastry . I also make fat head bagels, lemon bread, chocolate chip muffins. I also made keto donut muffins

@josephjosepha I just took round ham slices and put them in a cupcake pan. Filled with egg whites, a pinch of mozzarella and green peppers. Baked at 400 for about 20 minutes. Seasoned to taste too. I like dill and garlic pepper in mine.

Have a zucchini muffin for breakfast then curried eggs for lunch, somehow curried eggs changes the sickliness of eggs for me

I got the same way believe it or not with bacon as well. I started fasting a lot at that point. I'd skip breakfast all together.

Or you can have this. I too am tired of eggs. But I can eat it like this all day. Just scramble eggs and put it in a piece of ham topped with pepperoni and cheese and roll it like an enchilada. It's so good.

Breakfast doesn't have to be standard breakfast food. have a steak, or salmon and cream cheese, and veggies.

Skip it. Drink coffee. That’s what I do. I pretty much only eat lunch. I just drink coffee all day.

I sometimes make shakes, using coconut/almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, MCT oil, two eggs, and a teaspoon of chia seeds. I've never had a problem with raw eggs, . Personally I don't think just coffee is nutritionally enough. I also like the Premier shakes you can get at Wal Mart or Sam's, add eggs and oil to them as well. Hope this helps with options, even though it's still eggs.

Make crust less quiche I make a Ragu yellow squash zucchini onion and a can of diced tomatoes garlic powder onion powder basil oregano Italian seasoning chop all veggies in deep skillet with your favorite oil add onion sauté add the veggies cook about 10 mins then add tomatoes and a little tomato paste and cook until very tender you can put this on bottom pie dish tether you egg and cheese bake use on pizza make a cup of soup add water or eat it as a side delish wish keto friends would list their recipes
