I've been tracking my meals with my carb manager and I'm constantly struggling to get enough fat without going over my protein limit. I usually do two tablespoons of MCT oil a day, can I do more than this? Do you guys have any other suggestions on how to get more fat in my diet without going over the protein/carb limit? Thanks in advance!
