Where are all my new year, new you newbies? it has been over 1 month! Check in time! I normally do these on Sundays but with the big game got caught up in that! So are more basic lesson and tips needed or are yall ready to move on a little deeper in? Or maybe a mix of both? <3

I’m 33 days into the lifestyle change. Dropped 14lbs. Was shocked to see the comfort food urges in response to an injury. That was really hard. Harder than the pitfalls of hidden sugars and grains. I dislike coconut fatbombs and I think Greek yogurt throws me out of ketosis. Thank you all for being awesome.

Not a newbie more just getting back on track after the holidays. Helpful tips and informative details are always welcomed. I am just making sure I meal prep each week with lunch, dinner, and a snack to break my fast. Any tips on what I can drink will doing my IF to curb hunger? I do 16:8
