Question

Anyone have Liberty Mutual car insurance and have had to file a claim? Good reviews or bad? Background info: We’ve been with Progressive for FOREVER. And have been satisfied. But our homeowners is through Liberty Mutual. Our guy just ran numbers again and they’re now able to beat our Progressive rate by a good amount (they weren’t in the past because of our loyalty discount). And if we switched, our homeowners would also go down a bit.

I was a claims adjusters at Liberty. I would hope everyone would have a good experience but insurance claims are never pleasant. I also had LMI but switched after I left. If you have any specific questions, let me know.

This group quoted myself and my extended family the best rates with the best coverage. I did a lot of research and they were the most bang for your buck. Also, extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Even with a claim on my previous homeowners insurance, being dropped from my old company and my husband's speeding ticket, they were still very inexpensive!

We have unfortunately had to file a claim (or 2, not by me! ) and never had a problem. The only thing they were hesitant on was replacing car seats but after I proved they needed to be replaced, they sent us a check.
