Our state farm insurance agent retired and were automatically assigned a new one in Naperville. On our homeowners insurance renewal there are now a bunch of things we never had before that I don't want coverage for. Arson reward, counterfeit money, tree debris removal, fire department service charge, fuel oil release, remote devices, trees shrubs and landscaping. I called and asked for these items to be removed from the policy and was told it's not possible to have it removed. They said they are included at no charge which I find surprising. Anyone else with state farm have these 'additional coverages'? Rates have really gone up and I'm hoping to get unnecessary items removed to lower the cost.
