When I recently had my daughter at Edwards hospital - I got a compression wrap which was amazing post-c-section. I'm sure if you ask for one even if you don't have a c-section - they would give you one. It was a lifesaver.

The one I received at the hospital was the only one I used and it worked perfectly. No need to buy.

Thank you ladies! I asked a nurse friend if the hospital would give me one even if I didn’t have a c-section and she said most likely yes! Thanks for the idea. Saving me some dollars!

I bought the belly bandit but I didn’t like it as much as the one I had received from the hospital. I have a long torso so I felt that the belly bandit was a little too short.

Me! I had a couple abdominal surgeries (including c section) and I swear by these compression garments.

I did not use one at all and recovered very well but it was natural delivery (I just walked a lot for excersize and saw huge change in my body bouncing back to normal after about 3-5 months. I do suggest using a sugar scrub on your stomach skin a few times a week too which worked wonders for me and hopefully others too! I will also add I breast fed which I heard also can help but this is not an option for everyone.

I used two different kinds of velcro ones and both were amazing. the velcro ones are way stronger than just spandex. If you use them consistently, they really help it all get back together a bit quicker.

I was given one at the hospital when I had a c-section. Nurse gave me an extra one to take home. Wore it every day for months!
