Local places preferred, my 9 month old does not like his carseat. :)

You can volunteer at shelters to hang out w animals. They always need people to walk dogs and help w cats etc. It would be good interaction

Just keep in mind that kittens look cute but have very sharp claws and tend to use them when they are young. Not maliciously, but they hurt anyway. My daughter just got a 9 week out kitten and it is a daily struggle lol! A puppy may be a better choice.
