Question

Hello Ladies - do people use job recruiters anymore to find new jobs (mid to senior level types of roles)? I've been with my current company for the last 11 years and am looking to make a change. Outside of using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, I thought I'd see if anyone has had any luck with a recruiter and who you might recommend. Appreciate your help.

@alfieri I’m looking for something more in business development or a project coordinator/manager role. My current role is a lecture agent (basically sales, marketing and biz dev). I’d love to find work in another creative company.

I’m a recruiter! I specialize specifically with placing HR and Administrative professionals. However, we have a team of recruiters that do other specializations as well. Our clients are nationwide and local and we’ve been around for 20 years. My company Addison Group is a one stop shop for many clients. Depending on your background, we might be able to help you. If your background is niche and specialized you’ll probably need a boutique staffing agency very specific to what you want though. I know I’m recruiting for HR managers, total rewards manager, paralegal, legal assistant, HRIS analyst, HR generalists, executive assistants to C suite executives, administrative assistants. The compensation ranges on my jobs range from $50-150, 000 plus bonus right now. I usually work with professionals who have 5-10 years of experience as that is our sweet spot.
