Yikes  Anyone have a side by side refrigerator and the freezer seems fine but the fridge side is not cooling? Any self-help tricks to see if it can be saved?

Our fridge has separate temp controls for the fridge and freezer parts. I've noticed that when the fridge is very full, we have to set that temp a little lower. Also, if your fridge is being opened a lot more often now (bc people are home more) that can also affect how efficiently it's working and keeping things cold.

Check the vents on the refrigerator side and make sure they are not blocked with items in your refrigerator. Happened to me!

This happened to me. the freezer was fine. The bottom of the fridge was cold, but not the top. It was not an expensive fix.
