Question

Anybody know of places or someone who does cleaning out the vent from the dryer to the roof? And who could add a screen to the end on the roof. We had an issue of birds coming into the vent and getting stuck and dying  and I'm afraid they'll start again soon now that it's nice out. Our dryer hasn't been working all that great (and it's brand new) and I'm wondering if it's maybe because of nests and what not in the vent! I'm not sure who to call for something like that.

Replace the vent out of the roof and install a better vent trap inside the home near the dryer. A new Braun Flapper Vent will flap closed to prevent anything from entering. They only get stuck from a build up of lint.

@mcelhaney685 yes that's what we were going to do but we just had a newborn and have a toddler, our hands are full. Plus, we're not comfortable with getting up on the roof. So I was just going to look into a professional just do it for us! Thanks for the advice though
