So since I’m not sure how much activities we will be doing this summer that we had planned I really want to get a bike - my son is a few days from being 1 does anyone know if I tote him on back of bike in a seat is ok or is he too young and needs something that he rides in and gets toted behind me? If anyone has a good recommendation on bikes with attachment for that age that would be great!

@donetta6 just a junker bike, hand me down from someone. The seat is made by Bell. I also really like his helmet, which is Joovy.

I had the bike seat that sat between my legs for my son. Got it at target. It was absolutely amazing. Much easy to ride as my son got heavier. He used it til he was 2. 5-3 ish.

@donetta6 wee ride - I think. I put it on a bike I already had. It switched on and off easily.

@voleta those look so cool, good point about it being nicer as he gets heavier. Ours was a hand me down but I may buy this style when he's a bit bigger!

I have a bike seat for the front of the bike that I can’t use on my new bike. PM me if you are interested
