Is anyone else suffering from horrible sinus pressure the past few days? I wonder what is going on in the atmosphere.

Yes! With the mild temps this year, my allergies have been pretty bad all winter, and over the past week I've had a lot of sinus pressure with the up and down weather.

Yes and with my sinus pressure comes a lot of drainage which causes me to cough so every time I’m in public people are judging hard.

Me! My allergies have never been this worst. Headache, eczema around nose, body ache, watery itchy eyes, itchy nose , post nasal drip which causes cough. initially i thought i had covid ‍♀️

Yes! And with the pollen being so high, you'll probably wake up with crusty eyes if you have allergies. I've had a sinus headache for 4 days now but it's typical for this time of year.

@mclin my son is on allegra twice a day for his allergies. You can get it over the counter and he is on singular. It has really helped him.

It’s bad because we haven’t been exposing ourselves gradually like past seasons. our bodies haven’t been able to build proper immunities. I had a doctor tell me years ago how important it is to expose yourself. local honey is a good alternative.

If you’re interested in trying a natural remedy for seasonal allergies, my naturopathic doctor, Dr OMalley, told me to take Dr Chi Asparagus extract pills. You can find them on Amazon. Yep! Whenever the barometric changes I get horrible pukey sinus headaches. The only thing that works is Extra strength Thankslenol and pseudoephedrine. You have to ask the pharmacist for the pseudoephedrine. You don't need a prescription but they do regulate the buying of it since it's used to make meth. This is the original formula of Thankslenol Sinus and is a miracle for these headaches!

Yep, I’m on Zyrtec and Flonase everyday but still have a ton of drainage and have had a headache everyday for 2 weeks. Putting a humidifier in my room helped a little and I’ve been running the allergy setting on my air purifier.

This has been my homeopathic go to for sinus problems, and have been able to stay out of the doctor’s office. Take a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper in a small amount of water and chug it. I have extra water near by:) My nose starts to run fairly soon after this, releasing some pressure. If I don’t improve soon, I do it again. Not for the faint of heart, but it works for me!
