Fave restaurant when eating clean-ish? Trying to take a break once a week while supporting local, but also keeping my meals fresh and 300-600 cals. Just trying to get some more ideas outside of my usual!  (I know I can modify and pick something on any menu, but, looking for other people’s go-to’s! ) Thanks!

Braconi's Restaurant & Pizzeria has some really yummy salads with house made dressings. They also have a salmon entree that comes with veggies as a good option too!

@livvie4945 yea i usually get the gyro plate with the chicken gyro and hummus And you can put a whole bunch of veggies on top of the rice and get the salad as well. it usually lasts me 2 meals at least.

I don't think I could ever eat only 300 calories for a meal! I am a vegetarian and love Naf Naf grill, Invicto has amazing tacos and guac :)

@pathogenesis haha it was hard at first! It’s mostly lunches I keep that low, but trying to spread it out with little meals/snacks all day! Now that I have gotten into it, it’s crazy to see that one salad at some places can be an entire days worth of food! But I also love eating out and not cooking  thanks for the recommendation!

Panera for a really casual meal. Otherwise, I order a lot of veggie/quinoa burgers. Don’t eat the impossible burger, it’s really high in fat and calories.

@crankcase it does stink! We, including my 5yr old, were super disappointed we couldn't get our naf fix! I'm going to look into Kogii! Thanks for suggesting. ☺️
