Has anyone had success with IKEA click and go? I’ve been trying for 3 days and it always says “we have received our maximum order capacity “ Ideally Bolingbrook pick up but at this point I’ll drive to Schaumburg

My brother placed an order the other day, he had been trying to days, he had to wake up extremely early to get his order in.

There is a post in another moms group. Both are having issues. Most people seemed to have success close to midnight on the weekend.

I’ve been trying for a few days for both Bolingbrook and Schaumburg

We ordered on Tuesday and picked up Wednesday. Just got lucky, I guess. We ordered at around 11pm.

I tried for 3 days at all different times for both locations. I even stayed up until midnight and tried. It finally worked at like 3pm at the Bolingbrook location on Tuesday and was ready to pick-up on Wednesday.

We did three days ago and had absolutely no problem. Picked it up within 2 hours.

You have to do it really early in the morning! I just picked up a dresser- and when I tried two days ago at 9:30am it was full. I tired yesterday at 7:30 am and it worked!

I tried sat morning and it said full but went back on Saturday afternoon and got a time for Sunday.

I work in retail (but not at Ikea) and I can tell you that my store is absolutely overwhelmed with online orders. It's crazy. As for IKEA, I ordered something for delivery from them in early April and it took 6 weeks to get delivered. We all need a little patience these days.

My friend had the same problem with Bolingbrook. Changed checkout to Schaumburg and got everything the same day.
