I had a huge ordeal with an online order with ikea about 6 months ago. Things were delivered, not when they said they would be, and not everything we ordered. Calling them was useless- when I actually got a person instead of a “we’re sorry we’re having a lot of calls right now, call back later” message, the person would put me on hold and then a few minutes later I’d get the same message. It was so frustrating. I posted about it all over their social media pages and sent many messages to them- if I got a response at all it was an “we’re working on it”. Their social media had many similar complaints. Eventually I took it up with my credit card and disputed the charges. I hope your issue is quickly resolved and just due to shelter in place, but in my experience it might just be how ikea operates, unfortunately.
