I’m not having any luck finding anything online. Does anyone know where there is a Chase bank open in Naperville or nearby? Not just ATM. Thank you.

Thank you everyone. You made my day much easier. My daughter’s Doordash account was hacked and they drained her account. Chase has been great but her new debit card hasn’t arrived yet and she needs cash. if anyone is even taking it.

@tremann I'm sorry to hear this and hope you get it all worked out soon!

@tremann My husband's debit card was hacked as well yesterday, we have joint account. Besides only using it at gas stations this past month, he used it at Empire for food pick up. It's also used for some auto pay for streaming services. Well they tried charging $500 at Target. com and another $300 at FashionNova. com. Chase blocked the charges luckily and are sending a new card. I did try calling but they are not taking calls unless it's an emergency. Message said to just reply to fraud alerts.

@tremann horrible!
by (13.7k points)
@prebend she didn’t get an alert so we had to call. 1:45 before someone answered.

@tremann That's terrible! Husband only got alert for the $300. After he told me, I checked our account. That's when I seen charge for $500 one at Target but bank reversed it already.
by (13.7k points)
@prebend so crazy. I’m glad they reverse it so quickly. Doordash told her they wouldn’t refund it because she used the address the order was sent to previously. Which is impossible. It was an address near the United Center. She’s terrified to even get on the highway.

@tremann you must not get out at all if you’re worried that we have become a cashless economy while you quarantined.

@ignorant72 I said that because I personally haven’t tried to use cash and I know I have seen a few signs asking not to use cash.

There’s a place in hell for people who scam and hack people in this situation. Especially someone who is providing an essential service in delivering food in the middle of a global pandemic. Good luck! I hope everything gets straightened out!

I had my debit card number stolen and they used it at a few places. Well I got alerts but when I called the bank they told me to set up instant alerts with a transaction amount of zero. Not sure if chase has that but it will send a push notification when your card has been used for any amount zero or higher. it's real time also

@gallstone thank you. She set up her alerts now.

Can't she go to drive through and fill out a withdrawal slip? Old-fashioned way.

@maestricht while talking to them, she got the impression not all branches were open.
