Any realtors looking for a new listing? I just have a little condo by fox valley mall, it’s been on the market awhile but not happy with the agent and looking for someone new. Hoping to sell quickly as we are on our way out of state. Message me!

We had an issue selling our townhome about a year ago. We went through 2 realtors before finding Traci Kearns and she sold it within a month. I’d highly recommend her.

I work for my mom who is a realtor, Joann Coghill I stage all of her listings. Many homeowners often think a different sign in the yard will change things, it wont. I would REALLY ask the next agent what are YOU goin to do differently to sell my house and dont tell me price, bc your current agent would be happy to lower the price. You hve control over how your home is presented online, are the photos good? Do you need staging? Our staging is no additional cost to sellers. New paint color (paint is the cheapest update you can do that yields unbelievable results when selling). PM me for more info regarding staging and we work w the best photographer. Or send me your listing address and i can just tell u what to change and u can stay w your current agent. Odds are high you are either overpriced or your online presence isnt top notch, online is like your first showing. Are other homes selling in your area and price range that is a good gauge to know when you are next to sell, hve to stay on top of that as well.

Hi Vicky, how long has it been on the market? Have you had many showings? What marketing has been done so far? Do you think it’s priced correctly?
