Our neighbor plans on putting their house on the market in June. We live on the west side of River Road in Brush Hill subdivision. The houses were built in the mid 70’s, but this house is well maintained and has an amazing yard. She is a gardener and has so many beautiful plants & shrubs which take up a majority of their back yard (front too). I’m pretty sure it has 4 bedrooms and 2. 5 baths. Our street is in the process of a turnover into the younger generation. Lots of new families with little kids. We’ve been here 35+ years and love it. Elementary school is Naper ❤️ (imho the best elementary school in all of Naperville), Washington for Junior High and NNHS. Can’t get much better than that! If you think you may be interested, I could talk to them before they list it to see if they are comfortable seeking without a realtor.

Look by school district also rather than just Naperville. That’s how we found our house that’s in district 203, but in Woodridge (Seven Bridges). There’s a few houses for sale here. One across from me and another that’s for sale by owner nextdoor. Let me know if you want more info.

I have a neighbor selling their house - it looks like it needs some love, but the price reflects it and it would be a good buy on our street. Brooklea Court. If you’re interested in updating a house on the right street . (District 203, two blocks to the elementary school and Naper Blvd Library, pool in neighborhood, close to park, social only HOA)

Is your agent checking the PLN area of the MLS daily? You wouldn't be sent these homes in a traditional MLS search as only agents can see them.

If you're open to Plainfield were relocating and our neighborhood (Liberty Grove) is amazing, great elementary (Lincoln) is about 3 blocks away, super friendly neighbors with kids ranging in age from infants to teenagers (many babysit for us), an awesome neighborhood pool/park, we're about 5 mins to hwy 55 and downtown Plainfield is down the street, we like to ride our bikes there with the kids. We hit the jackpot with our neighborhood and I wish we could take it all with us lol

Hey Jodi! We’re in the process of buying a house too! Contact our wonderful agent @tennyson, she’s awesome and will be able to give you many great options! There are a few in Century Hill available, and I know of one that is gorgeous! Just that we didn’t need such a large house for ourselves
