A friend of mine is looking to buy a house in Woodridge. Can anyone recommend a good neighborhood that’s diverse and kid friendly? And neighborhoods he needs to stay away from? Thanks for your input

I would recommend they join Downers Grove Area Parents- it’s a great group for DG and it’s surrounding areas!

My in laws live in Woodridge and there is currently a house for sale on their court: Oak Leaf Court. Right next to the elementary school and a large park. On the walking trail as well.

Seven Bridges. It’s actually District 203. On the higher end for Woodridge though. Great parks and trails. Some houses back the golf course or forest preserve.

Summerhill Estates! Off 53 just north of Seven Bridges and borders Lisle.

We live in Timber’s Edge and we love it. There are more kids than we can count. Very young and active neighborhood.

@curl I think we counted the other day and there are over 20 kids on just our street! We love being in Timbers Edge. Center Cass school district too.
