Question

Hi I need an HVAC person. Having issues with my Nest thermometer. Any suggestions for a reasonable price? I’m getting over $100 just to diagnose. Does this sound accurate? Thank you in advance.

Have you checked YouTube to see if there are any helpful videos? We were able to fix a thermostat issue by doing that. Turned out to be a fairly easy fix. Good luck!

Call Nest! They are great about walking you through self-diagnosing. Mine was really broke last summer during a heat wave (no AC) they walked me through a ton of steps (which I already did) and then more and finally sent me another unit bc the old one wasn’t able to be reset/saved.
