So my kids love to use the hose outside while they are playing but they can’t remember which way to turn it off.  Can anyone recommend an attachment so the water doesn’t come rushing out but then when you turn it on it’s not a crazy fire hose they then shoot all over each other?

My dad taught me this saying (doesn’t help the spray but kiddos will use it forever) “Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey”

@paulpaula I use that too but they don’t know left and right yet.

I don’t think I can get my 3 year old to remember that when the hose is spraying everywhere.

Tell them to turn it towards something in the direction it needs to go. "Turn it towards the garage" or "turn it towards the front door"

@cark2777 yes I do that but I am trying to avoid yelling at them every single time they turn it on.

We don't leave the hose attached. it goes in the garage after we use it. But I don't have any plants that need regular watering so that might not be feasible if you do.

@knurly we use our hose often and happy to let them do so but trying to find an attachment to make it a little easier!
