Anyone know of a place that is testing for Covid and not requiring a physician order?

In my car in line. Hopefully it’s not that long of wait anymore, but I want to prepare you. No doctor note needed. I highly recommend using bathroom before hand, only porter potty’s lined up outside. GOOD LUCK!

@bookkeeping no fee or doctors note required. It’s free. They told us 4-7 days for results but I didn’t get mine for 1 1/2 week.  some pics and papers I got while I waited.

Bolingbrook has a testing location . on Boughton where the old Walgreens location was. maybe less than half a mile east from the bolingbrook target.

Alivary pcr test. ) We haven’t been looking to advertise doing this for folks (I have the test for my team members to make sure we are keeping our patients safe and healthy) but if someone really needs it I don’t mind sharing :) Just shoot me a DM and I can help coordinate a zero contact test.

@richardson that's great to know, thank you! I have to get tested every 2 weeks and I don't have a physician order because it is a requirement of specific hospital systems in the area for vendor entry (I'm an RN Clinical Specialist for industry). N

@palua test once/making a video, I could also always hand you a bunch of the kits and you could also do them and send them from your house too! It would require the smallest amount of coordination on our end (I would just need to know the serial number of the kit you were using to submit the lab order) but we could easily coordinate something like that if it makes sense for ya! I get the kits for free from the company and I only pay when I create the lab order and overnight shipping label. So it’d be easy to hand you however many you want too. Just another thought if it helps  when the world goes crazy, we’ve all got to have one another’s back. The company I use is OralDNA if you want to read more about their SARS-2 PCR test.
