Just tied to go to Eggsperience on 75th and they weren’t open. Closed for good? Can’t be closed because of Presidents Day and no signs on the window.

That's a shame. They were very good, and couldn't be any nicer to our cub scouts when we sold popcorn outside their front door.

The Naperville location is no longer listed on their website so my guess is closed.

We were there yesterday and several staff members had quit. We've been going there nearly weekly for several years, and are sad that the new owners ran it into the ground, and that so many loyal staff members held on for so long, sacrificing their own financial interest to try to see it through. How can you make money off tips when the ownership is neglecting basic functions of the restaurant, the tables can't turn over quickly due to problems in the kitchen ranging from broken equipment, lack of ingredients, inadequate staffing, etc? I don't know what plan they had when they bought this location and removed it from the franchise structure.

I went last week and they were out of potatoes and had been for a week. It seemed weird for a breakfast place. :(

How does a downtown restaurant on the strip fail? If you run it right and treat your people right. the customers will come. The foot traffic potential is crazy high

I used to go there regularly for brunch and such. Loved it. What a shame it closed. Pancake Cafe is also good but pricey. The location of Eggsperience couldn’t have been better with high end stores and a big intersection. You’d have to just be ignoring customer service to fail like that. Shame on them.

It makes me wonder if the new owners really bought it with plans to close it and open something else.

I went once and didn't care for it. Many other good options nearby.

Eggscited on 111th and 59 is excellent! Properly staffed. Delicious Food. Friendly. Owners that really care about their restaurant and how it’s staffed and how the food is prepared.

We went there like one time. The food was good but didn't much care for the physical restaurant itself. They were always kinda busy though, good on them. Has anyone noticed the revised menu over at Colonial on Washington and Gartner? They did a great job of making themselves relevant and new. If you haven't been in for breakie make it a point to stop one day. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

What happened to Ellies on Route 59 next to Aldi's near 95th?

@seton not the deli, the restaurant. Its right next door to Aldi's. It was a family restaurant. Still there, but not open for months.

Ohh. Yeah I don’t know about that place. Sorry

It was Elly’s Pancake House, and I heard employees arrived to locked doors one morning. We were really sad, we live almost right behind it. Sure wish someone would put something new in.
