Question

Does anyone have an adjustable base for their bed? I just bought a new mattress and adjustable base today and now I am second guessing if that was necessary or if I just got caught up in the sales game!

We have a split king adjustable and it was super pricey but I do love it. I raise my head and it helps me sleep so much better.

We have had the split king adjustable for a few years and we love it. I still use it all the time if I’m going to watch TV, read, or get on my laptop. My kids lay in our bed some times to watch cartoons and it’s good in that case too. Don’t have remorse. You will use it!

We love ours so much. We didn’t get the split but sometimes I wish we did. It was very pricey but very worth it. Game changer.

Tell me more! I’ve been wanting one of these beds! My husband says it sounds like an old person bed. as he complains about his back! News Flash: we are officially old!  Ok so which brand do you love? Were you able to keep your frame/headboard?

@error yes you can keep your frame and headboard etc. the adjustable base fits in all beds. And my back and body and neck are always sore bc yes we “are” old! I did Sealy Silver Chill Hybrid split king with 2 adjustable bases.

. Oh and the funny part is I went in thinking there’s no way I’m buying a bed with remote control. Looks like I didn’t stick to my own plan. bc I walked out with a bed with two remote controls!

I'm the odd one here but I feel like it was really unnecessary. We have one that the head and feet adjust and so rarely use it. I wouldn't do it again. That said, I think if you were to use it often then absolutely!

Game changer. So comfy when sick, for watching tv or reading. I do not have a split king and that's fine. Two sheets and a crack down the middle would drive me bonkers.

OMG @longrange we fell for the same sales trap this weekend too and bought the tempur-pedic split king with adjustable bases! Its coming on Sunday and now after reading all these comments i cant wait!

I have one in our guest room and whenever I’m sick, I sleep in there. I love it but I love my mattress more. Lol.
