Hello!  We will be listing our house this spring!Hello! We will be listing our house this spring! Does anyone have recommendation for a realtor that doesn’t have a crazy commission? I know this has been posted a million times, but more interested in personal experiences. We are located in south Naperville. I’ve considered using Redfin, just not sure of the disadvantage.

Isn’t commission a standard amount based on home value and selling price?
