When I don’t go to the gym, I workout with a personal trainer (the best kind that train celebrities) streamed right to my TV in my family room (or wherever! ) talking right to me. There’s specific strength training programs, but also cardio, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, barre, dance. you name it, it’s there. And I’m part of accountability groups for motivation and support that has me feeling the best I’ve ever felt and in the best shape I’ve ever been. It’s an awesome resource!
