Good morning!  I’m on the 8700 block of Oleander and just saw a man with black coat and hat on our security camera walk up to our back door and take our news paper.Good morning! We have an awesome police force in Niles! I did report to police and not only did they come out but they brought my mother a news paper! She is turning 93 yeas old tomorrow and was one of the first people to build a house on this block and has always been very proud of Niles services!
