I’ve done a lot of research. Lombard and Mundelein have closest rinks.

Haven’t been to either as of yet.

Roselle rink is 5 miles closer than Lombard, and 8 miles closer than Mundelein. Check out their Facebook pages, too.

There is one in Mount Prospect. Check out the Mount Prospect Park District website. Or calling them would be better because their open skate schedule is not listed online.

There was an Axle Roller Rink in Niles, that I went to, also. It closed August 4, 1984. The abandoned former Axle Roller Rink, on Milwaukee Avenue just north of Golf Road, at 9840 Milwaukee Ave., became a SYMS Warehouse store. When I put in the address in a search, it is now a Goodwill store.
