Question

We are going to be road tripping from Chicago to Denver with our three kids (ages 3-8) and looking for a fun hotel along the way - ideally someplace they can burn some energy in an indoor pool or something like that. Anyone who has done this trip have any recommendations? Edited to add that we will be staying with friends in Denver but are looking into maybe a one or two night stay at a hotel mid week to give them a break from us  So any family friendly reco’s in or near Denver would also be welcome!

Omaha would be a great stopping point! Kid friendly also. I would recommend staying somewhere near downtown, I know there are hotels with indoor pools and a water slide. That location would give you close access to restaurants, entertainment, and the zoo (which is world-class). Let me know if you have any other questions!
