Well it’s time for a big kid bed for my 4 year old daughter. She just turned 4 this past Sunday. I can’t decide to get a bed from a store when this is over or from online now with sales. Like Wayfair, Overstock or Amazon. I want a twin size with maybe a trundle & storage. What do you say ladies? Any awesome bed recommendations?

Nick's Furniture has been having good sales.

@rage30288 how is the wood quality?

@trephine same as most other places. Alot of their products are Ashley. It isn't heavy solid wood but it is decently made and well priced. For a kid's twin that will likely upgrade to a queen within a few years, I'd probabaly lean toward something affordable. Even my daughter, who is 14, found a really nice set.

We saw a lot of cheaper beds but we went with a pottery barn bed because they have a high weight limit. we like to sit and read to our 4 year d before she goes to sleep. most of the inexpensive beds had a 150lb weight limit. it’s worth getting something made for real wood
