Sooo weve lived in our home in aurora for about 6 months and not once has our landlord ever mentioned anything about fox metro until now when she sent us a shut off notice and asked why hasnt it been paid. We were only informed to switch city of aurora water to our name. So what all do i need to switch fox metro to our name? Im assuming theyll be closed monday and i wont be able to go until tuesday

You probably need your lease at the very least. Fox metro isn't just for Aurora. They provide service to a most of the surrounding cities.

@degas im just annoyed shes never said anything about this bill to us at all until she received a shut off notice. Its not even in our move in sheet as one of the utilities to change to our name

You can set it up online if you have the account number, and they are open Monday.

@timbrel no problem. This happened to us when we bought our house. They didn't include it on our closing list. We had our water shut off that's hiw I found out about it.
