I need some help!  My state tax return has been rejected (5?I need some help! My state tax return has been rejected (5? ) times! Every time I go to fix it, all it has me do is enter my Drives License info and then do an electronic signature. I’m not sure how to fix it.  Thanks

You may want to call state. I just heard on the radio recently that this is a flag that someone maybe using your social security number and has already filed and then it rejects yours

Did you have a name change? I got married last year and was told I had to do state by mail.

This happened to my son also. We are having to send in paper one.

This is me right now. I even went through the hassle of getting a Pin and it’s still rejecting. I’m going to send it in paper instead

Double check all fields. I had mine rejected and it was bc I mistyped one digit on the previous AIG so it rounded up instead of down and made the number not match.

I had to use my pin on Illinois because my drivers license would constantly get rejected

That happened to me last year repeatedly so I ended up sending it in.

This same thing happened to me last year. I had to send in a paper one and it was fine.
