Good morning!  Do any of you purchase the service Protection 360 by TMobile?Good morning! Do any of you purchase the service Protection 360 by TMobile? I am trying to lower my bill and have had this for years but never use it. Is it better to keep or has anyone done without it? Any suggestions help, thanks!

We had it for years and as our children got older, we dropped it. Our youngest, who is 11, just got her first phone, so we made sure to have the protection on hers. I'll be getting a new phone but will not get it for myself since I never used it. Now our oldest daughter, who is 21, used it so much that she actually out maxed the allowable amounts of replacements. We definitely have the protection for her phone because she's so careless.

@polycarp90713 there are other options out there that are much cheaper. The deductible for most claims is $150 so if your phone is close to that price, I’d drop coverage. Keep it only if it’s a new phone. OR, do a google search for phone insurance to see what else is out there. Make sure it’s BBB certified!

Jeannine, I would drop if your phone is that old. That's the reason we dropped ours. I've had my phone for at least 3 years and never used it.
