Question

Any decent Asian restaurants around here that isn't Japanese or Chinese? Thinking Thai or Indian.

@stomatal2 I had a very strange situation there the time I went. We were the only ones in there and I had never had Middle East cuisine. the waiters were bringing things from the kitchen to us to try and would stand there and wait for us to try. a kind gesture, but I was overwhelmed and felt pressured. LOL - maybe I’ll give it another shot during a busy time.

@sulfapyridine we have only eaten there once, we usually just get it to go! But that would be strange if you have never had that type of cuisine before.

If you like Korean, Gumii in Naperville is a favorite of ours. Owned by an adorable couple and always clean. They have a simple menu, but good!

On rt 59 near Montgomery Rd called Yum yum. Thai. great soup

Just saw a new Thai food place next to Sakamoto and Salsa Verde in Oswego
