A cup for sure. However, it can take a little investment to find the right one. Not every cup works for every body type. The first I tried just didn't fit well

Ugh. My birth control has stopped all Mensuration for the past 5 years. I have to get it taken out this year so I’ve been absolutely DREADING having to buy tampons again . I’ll definitely be looking into the cup!

I order reusable cotton pads on Etsy! I havent purchased pads in 10years. I buy a couple every couple of years to rotate.

I use Cora tampons. I buy them from Grove Collaborative, $10 for a box of 32. I think you can buy directly from their site too but haven’t looked into it yet. They are certified organic and come with BPA free plastic applicators.
