So I’m thinking of keeping my EF at £2k and every other penny goes to my cc. I don’t do sinking funds so my EF accounts for pet bills, gas/electric quarterly and car bills annually if I can’t pay it within my salary (generally I can though). Think that’s ok, or should I still keep saving a little each month too?

I would keep saving a bit each month if it’s also your sinking funds. A true emergency could wipe that clear in a day, which then would put you back to credit card for your sinking funds

I would try to save. even if you lowered the amount you're saving each time. I would continue.
