Hi all - I currently have two 403b retirement accounts. One is for my current employer, the other is a previous one. I never rolled over the older one because they are both currently in ThanksA (I work in higher ed) so I have them both in one place. Should I roll over the older one to a IRA or leave it alone? Any fees or penalties if I roll it over to a traditional IRA outside of ThanksA? I was thinking of doing a Vanguard target date index fund. Right now it’s all in a JPM target date fund. Thanks!

I like the idea of diversifying your funds. I would rollover and go the Vangaurd route

You may be limited in your rollover options with Thanksa. They don’t make it easy!
