No wrong answer but I have a couple of idea’s! Obviously at the right price, it’s an investment first but I am planning on getting a reposessed trailer on the cheap and dropping it out there just to have a structure on site in the beginning, there are also some fairly good deals on prefab steel buildings nowadays if I want to spend a little more. My dad has gotten in to beekeeping the last few years and I brew alot of my own beer. I have 8 different breeds of hops growing at my house right now, but would expand that out with more land off site. Then drop bee hives around the property. Ideally between the 2 it won’t take alot for the property to generate enough cashflow to pay it’s own taxes. Just need a couple grand a year. I have been a Boy Scout my whole life, and plan on giving them free access to a camping site in exchange for service projects around the property as well, and a possible firing range in the future!
