We just bought in December. It’s been quite a journey. We did a lot of our own painting but hired a guy for the finish coat, we installed our own laminate flooring, looks decent, could be better. Did a lot of things really. I am not a handyman, so I bought some tools and hit up YouTube.

I’m about to close on my first property here in Alaska. Triplex, (cabins) I’ll be living in one and renting out the other two! Super excited and unknown territory for me!

Buy insurance from your utility company to cover the lines from the house to the street.
