Is St.  Louis zoo or Indianapolis zoo better?Is St. Louis zoo or Indianapolis zoo better?

Depending on age of kids Fort Wayne Children’s zoo is a lot of fun. I’m from the Indianapolis area so I would choose St. Louis just because it’s not what I know lol

Haven’t been to the Indy one but last summer visited St Louis. Loved it. They have 6 elephants. It is a really beautiful zoo in a gorgeous park. You can street park for free or use their parking lot for (I think) $15. Zoo itself is free.

We took our 2 LOs to Indy Zoo last summer mainly to see the elephants that my 3yr old is obsessed with. It’s really nice. Never been to St Louis Zoo but I heard it’s free.

Hi! We love zoos! Honestly, hands down the best zoo we’ve been to is the Columbus Zoo in Ohio!

StL Zoo has been voted the best for several years in my lifetime. They both have their strengths. I would look at the individual animals that are your kids’ favorites and see who has the better exhibits.

I’ve been to both and definitely St. Louis zoo not only is the zoo great with all their animals but the landscaping is beautiful

I haven’t been to either but considering a trip for spring break. They also have a free museum, not sure if it’s the science museum or the magic one but I heard both of those are great too. Also, if you haven’t been to the City Museum, that worth the drive itself! Just thought I would throw that out there since it seems like you are trying to decide between two trip locations as we are. Ohh and every time we are down there it’s at least 10* warmer!

St. Louis. They have elephants, hippos, cheetahs, huge exhibits. Very pretty! Cheaper too!
